Dear Bear Valley, Today was the worst day that a pet owner can imagine. I lost my companion of 9 years and 2 months, to the day. Gracie choked on her food, and I rushed her to you… and all I can say is that the entire staff today..well, you treated Gracie with love and dignity, and you treated me with a great deal of compasion and dignity as well. I surely did not imagine my day playing out like this, but im certainly thankful that all of you were so professional, and caring in this heart-breaking time. I will surely miss my little Gracie Lou, but im happy she was in good hands at the end. So, I guess theres only one thing left to say… Thank You. =)
